MMCS IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
# Provide statistics, reports regarding Customer Service Department
# Develop and optimize data presentation flow
# Cooperate with other teams to ensure the statistics is consistent with the information produced and used by other departments
# Ensure that all PL/SQL statistical procedures regarding to CS DB are permanently updated

Required skills:
# University degree
# Experience in analytical and statistical data processing
# Knowledge and experience in PL/SQL
# Strong analytical skills
# Knowledge and experience in Delphi / Borland Developer Studio 2006 will be a plus
# Romanian or Russian – proficient, English – advanced
# High level of quality (accuracy) and efficiency in working processes
# Ability to deliver the expected results alone yet a perfect team player
# Easy contact, flexible, reliable
