Specific responsibilities will include:
Manages the Internal Audit function and coordinates its’ activity with the other functions within the financial institution
Leads periodical and ad-hoc internal audits and reports to the local management on the findings
Carries out an audit of the information system and all services outsourced to third parties
Provides the Board of Directors with reports and information on control activities, formulating suggestions on improvement and giving a feedback to the activities examined
Submits to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, as well as to the Executive Board suggestions on improvement or change to the procedures and instruments of control in relation to identified or potential business risks
Reports promptly any irregularities found to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, as well as to the local Management and Regional Internal Audit Function
Cooperates with the External Auditors during annual audits.

Candidate profile:
University degree in a relevant field
3-4 years of successful professional experience in a similar role within a financial institution, leasing or Big4 company
Good knowledge of financial institutions legislation is essential
Knowledge of the International Standards on Internal Audit represents an advantage
Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (writing and speaking)
Professional appearance and behaviour
Analytical
Solutions oriented
Positive, team-player attitude
Excellent computer skills
Availability for traveling domestically and internationally
Fluency in English is mandatory.
