Roles & Responsibilities
# Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support
# Welcome clients in a very nice and polite manner. Ensure that accurate telephone messages are taken and distributed and queries are dealt with effectively
# Sort and distribute post and send and distribute faxes
# Arrange internal/external meetings
# Arrange bulk photocopying and printing/binding and complete ad hoc tasks including whereabouts
# Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system of correspondence
Requirements:
# Student in Economic Studies
# Very good communications skills (both verbal and writing, Romanian and English)
# Good interpersonal skills and team-work abilities
# To be a good team member
# To value challenge in a demanding environment
# To be keen on growth and development
