FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

This is a senior level position that will be Chisinau, Moldova based. A qualified applicant will be responsible for overseeing financial functions of the company's regional service delivery entities and holding companies of this international process outsourcing company with operations in 10 European and North African countries. This professional is expected to provide leadership and coordination of the company's financial planning, banking management, debt financing, and budget management functions.

Primary responsibilities:
# Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
# Conduct all on-line banking operations as directed and coordinated with the Geneva based CEO.
# Track the financial and operating performance of regional entities.
# Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
# Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
# Ensure compliance with local country statutory reporting requirements.
# Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
# Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
# Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
# Other duties as assigned.

Additional responsibilities:
# Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
# Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.
