Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine bookkeeping activities
Manage payments to vendors and suppliers
Pay employees based on Moldova tax codes
Administer remittances and all international wire transfers
Control and report all expenses on a daily and monthly basis
Work with chartered accounting firm on quarterly and annual filings
Ensure accounting records observe generally accepted accounting practices in Moldova
Required Skills:

Finance/Accounting university degree
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Good understanding of accounting principles
Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of month-end processes and timetables
Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and attentive to details
Experience with an accounting system such as QuickBooks would be an advantage
Good communication skills in English
