Tasks:
Document processes and work instructions for processes related to administration and human resources according to guidance of managers where documentation does not already exist or needs modification. Responsible of recruitment process in company together with Corporate HR Coordinator and General Manager. Support in administer the bookkeeping process. (Pay supplier invoices, pay payroll taxes, raise invoices to customers). Support in administer employee records . Support in office purchasing activities . Receive telephone calls and visitors, deal with protocol aspects.
Requirements:
A good university degree in English or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year full-time working experience as an office administrator.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Highly motivated and ability to work alone.
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
